Job Summary

 

 

 

Primarily responsible for administrative areas such as account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management in a timely manner and in alignment with prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Monitors receipt and proper disposition of interest and principal payments by servicing units to avoid technical/actual past due.

  • Assists the Relationship Managers in ensuring that regular transaction details such as maturities, repricings, PN renewals, paydowns and others are coordinated/facilitated properly and efficiently with the clients and with various servicing units of the Bank.

  • Assists the Relationship Manager and Team Head in gathering data/documents from borrowers and other support units necessary for the establishment/renewal of credit facilities.

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably in Accounting or Business Management.
  • Experience is not required. Experience in banking operations a plus.
