Job Summary

 

 

 

The Facilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and overall management of our buildings and premises. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and proven experience in facilities and property management.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and repairs

  • Oversee premises management to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

  • Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues promptly

  • Support improvement projects related to facilities, construction, and building systems

  • Ensure facilities meet company standards and operational requirements

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PRC license holder (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

  • At least eight (8) solid years of experience in managing building management/operations or working in the field of Facilities, Property Management and Construction

  • Should be willing to travel within North Mindanao region
