Job Summary

 

 


The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

 

 


Key Responsibilities

 

 


- Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
- Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
- Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
- Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 

 


Qualifications

 

 


- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City
