Associate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for for supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) or Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) as the service contact at the Center. He/ She is tasked to engage with them on deepening relationship management and to assist the RM/SRM in administrative areas covering the latter’s efforts in customer on-boarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduates

Relevant experience of frontline service is preferred

With good oral and written communication, planning and organizing skills
