Job Summary

Responsible for appraisal of property through desk or ocular inspection for the purpose of loan, restructuring, foreclosure and sale endorsed by various groups.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct ocular inspection of properties offered as collateral

• To conduct verification and investigation with different government and private agencies necessary in the completion of assignment

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Licensed and experienced appraiser is an advantage

• Oral and written skills to warrant effective communication and reportorial requirement

• Independent, mature and result-oriented individual

• Cagayan de Oro resident and must be willing to travel
