Job Summary

The Staff Pool acts as the reliever to the Marketing Assistant or Client Service Associate roles in areas or branches when support or additional manpower complement is needed.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assumes the full responsibility of the Marketing Assistant or Client Service Associate being relieved and performs the role in line with approved processes and standards

  • Supports the branches as assigned by the Area Head

  • Ensures that documents, transactions, forms and other pertinent information being handled in the branch is properly turned over to the Branch Officer and/or Marketing Assistant/Client Service Associate before returning to the area office after relieving duties is complete

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business course; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Banking experience is an advantage

 

Required Skills

  • Proficient in computer and business applications

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Good problem solving and numerical skills

  • Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
