Job Summary
 

This position is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
  • Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met. 
  • Establish and maintain good business relationship with the institutions. 
  • Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
  • Monitor and provide regular department reports and forms according to standard process.
  • Conduct profiling of clients for each Accredited non other Government Institution.
  • Coordinate and work with the AOs to successfully accredit all potential Other Government Institution.
  • Coordinate with billing and collection team to maintain acceptable monthly collections rate
  • Other instructions/task delegated by ASH / Management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business administration (preferably).
  • Preferably With sales experience (strategic selling and negotiating skills) · Familiarity in Salary Loan products and process.
