Credit Officer

Job Summary:

Ideal candidate will be responsible for sound credit decision on loan applications through evaluation in adherence to internal and external policies and guidelines. Ensures accuracy of the data encoded in the Bank's Front End System.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluates loan application packaged by CBG- Sales.
• Recommends appropriate credit decision with compliance to the Bank's credit policies and procedures.
• Ensures accuracy of the data encoded in the Bank's Front End System from Sales build up to CRECOM decision.
• Consult Lending Supervisor regarding sensitive work problems/concerns of unusual occurrences that do not conform with the standard procedures and recommend alternative solutions to resolve the issue.
• Gives relevant feedback with regard to NAPU and credit investigation matters that affect quality of evaluation and turn around time (TAT).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably with business and/or accounting background.
• Should have at least 2 years’ experience in business loan underwriting, credit evaluation and review.
• Must have attained substantial level of proficiency in credit analysis.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
