Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the end-to-end processing of the account from turn in up to booking stage. This position is also responsible for the fulfillment and compliance of major documentary deficiencies specifically Real Estate Mortgage registration, Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) & Fire Insurance Coverage and monitoring of the 100% completion of the project from various developers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by conducting thorough review of loan documents; proper coordination with clients in the compliance of pre-booking loan requirements; and coordinate with various units of Loans Administration Group in the final review of loan documents to effect loan booking.
  • Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the team's objectives and targets.
  • Closely monitoring and compliance of post booking loan deficiencies through proper coordination with the concerned clients / referrers/ business partner
  • Assisting Account Officers/Branch personnel in handling client signing of loan documents.


Qualifications: 

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree from a college/university; MBA degree or completion of some units is an advantage
  • Work Experience: At least two (2) years of experience handling documentation for home loan/ mort gage or business loans; familiarity in consumer loan product and process
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of loan and other bank process; problem solving skills; aAdvanced communication, both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office software proficient
