Develop and implement sourcing strategies and proactive searches to attract candidates for assigned roles across the Bank’s various business units.

Utilize sourcing platforms - social media, job boards and professional networks to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

Establish and maintain relationship with academe and other external institutions for sourcing programs and initiatives.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.

Conduct candidate HR interviews for various roles across the bank.

Administer and interpret assessment tools or tests as required.

Provide recommendation to Business Unit hiring managers based on interview outcomes and assessment.

Ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process.

Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications

Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and BSP regulations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, update candidate tracking systems. and prepare regular recruitment reports.
