Service Fulfillment Officer

Job Responsibilities

• The position is primarily responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Service Fulfillment Unit with an objective that queries, issues and or/concerns of consumer & SME loan clients are addressed and resolved within the Bank’s standard service levels at all times.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

• At least three to five (3-5) years experience in loans administration and service fulfillment in a bank or in a similar industry, or any financial institution
