Job Summary

The Officer Pool is responsible to report as a Service Officer reliever in the area/branches or whenever and wherever support or additional manpower complement is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assumes the full responsibility of the Service Officer being relieved and performs the role in line with approved processes and standards

• Oversees the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and marketing section.

• Ensures prompt and efficient delivery of services to clients.

• Supports the branches as assigned by the Area Head

• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduate

• At least (2) years experience in branch or cash operations in a

  bank.

   

Required Skills

• Proficient in computer and business applications

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Good problem solving and numerical skills

• Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
