Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Develops and sustains longer term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Gathers feedback as well as obtains information with regard to the market environment, clients’ needs and competition, particularly in the assigned branch.

Ensures compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduate
-
At least (2) years experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution preferably in branch operations.

Proficient in computer and business applications

Effective oral and written communication skills

Good problem solving and numerical skills

Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
