Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

      •  

  • Develops and sustains longer term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Gathers feedback as well as obtains information with regard to the market environment, clients’ needs and competition, particularly in the assigned branch.

  • Ensures compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduate

  • At least (2) years experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution preferably in branch operations.

     

Required Skills

  • Proficient in computer and business applications

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Good problem solving and numerical skills

  • Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
