delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible on the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the
branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.

Duties & responsibilities:

Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch

Ensures secured and continued availability o ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction

Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards o branch personnel under his supervision

Assists in achieving branch financial targets

Amenable with movement within the covered area

Duties & responsibilities
1. Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch by promoting continuous enhancement of quality service, customer handling, accurate processing and operational efficiency.
2. Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients and cash transfers to other branches/banks, acceptable accuracy level of cash and sufficient management of cash requirements.
3. Ensures secured and continued availability o ATM operations to meet customers needs.
4. Assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transactions or branches without Accounting Assistants.
5. Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards o branch personnel under his supervision.
6. Handles the section's personnel requirements, promotes branch personnel improvement/advancement and harmonious work relationship.
7. Assists in achieving branch financial targets.
8. Acts as alternate Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
