Job Summary
The Reports / SOA Asssistant is primarily responsible for preparing Statements of Accounts (SoAs) of subsidiaries and remittance partners and Treasury Liquidity Reports for FX related transactions of tie-ups.
Handles the checking/matching or post review of funding settlement/s from tie ups against MT950.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs checking of documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Reports Officer and Reports Team Head for review and approval.
- Provides assistance to Reports Officer in ensuring that the required daily functions including monitoring of DFFB float items are met according to team’s standards and policies and procedures.
- Ensure that queries/concerns are immediately acted upon and or elevated to proper unit/s or authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in reports management, but open to fresh graduates
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
