The Product Reconciliation Assistant is responsible in timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions of assigned Point of Sale.
Key Responsibilities

Perform efficient, timely and accurate daily reconciliation, settlement and complaints handling of Point-of-Sale Purchase, Point-of-Sale Withdrawal & ONB Products and services. Settlement of POS Debit to various merchants via CTA & MC

Supports in processing, verification and resolution of customer complaints received from call center, branches and other units.

Coordinate with Contact Center, Branches and other units to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Prepares complete and accurate month-end schedules of GL accounts based on Statement of Condition balances

Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Accounting or Business related.

Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work onsite in Clark.
