The Product Reconciliation Assistant is responsible in timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions of assigned Point of Sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient, timely and accurate daily reconciliation, settlement and complaints handling of Point-of-Sale Purchase, Point-of-Sale Withdrawal & ONB Products and services. Settlement of POS Debit to various merchants via CTA & MC

  • Supports in processing, verification and resolution of customer complaints received from call center, branches and other units.

  • Coordinate with Contact Center, Branches and other units to ensure timely execution of tasks. 

  • Prepares complete and accurate month-end schedules of GL accounts based on Statement of Condition balances

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Accounting or Business related.

  • Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

  • Willing to work onsite in Clark.
