The Product Reconciliation Assistant is responsible for supporting operational efficiency of PC – PCTB – Digital Transactions Recon and Settlement in line with the Banks standards and requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliation of Cashcard, Trade Money, Billspayment, Government Collections, BOB Payroll, BOB ADA/ACA , BDO Online Pesonet, CMS Payments and Collection, Inward and Outward Payments Operations and BDO Network Bank Outsourced products and services in line with approved processes and standards. 

  • Support in processing, verification and resolution of customer complaints received from call center, branches and other units.

  • Coordinate with Contact Center, Branches and other units to ensure timely execution of tasks. 

  • Prepare and maintain month-end MIS reports for submission to supervisor and higher officers. 

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Accounting or Business related.

  • Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

  • Willing to work onsite in Clark.
