Processing Assistant

The Processing Assistant is primarily responsible for the fast, efficient and accurate processing of cash pick-up remittance transactions originating from various branches and payout centers that are coursed through the different money transfer global partners.
Duties and Responsibilities

Monitors, review and process all incoming cash pick-up remittance transactions via Money Transfer System in accordance with the bank’s approved policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provides timely response to remittance related inquiries received via telephone or email from branches, payout partners, tie-ups and other units.

Perform processing tasks and ensure compliance to established control measures and standard of policies and procedures.

Review and address any discrepancies or challenges that arise during processing and suggest corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 or 5 year business course.

At least 2 years work experience in banking operations. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work in shifting schedule, night shift and gravevard shift.

Willing to work on site and be assigned in Clark, Angeles, Pampanga.
