The Compliance Checking Officer is responsible in processing of loan accounts through documentary deficiencies validation, compliance checking and collateral release in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Credit Proposal, standard operating procedures, approved Bank policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Processes loan accounts and reviews approved terms and conditions in the Credit Proposal

• Checks completeness and acceptability of loan documents and requirements submitted by dealer.

• Prepares documentation, certificates and reports.

• Safekeeps collateral related documents and indexes documents in DMI

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate

• Should have at least 3 years' gained from a commercial/ universal bank or other financial institution.

• Knowledgeable in loans documentation, particularly in corporate and commercial loans

• Analytical, systematic, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
