Amendment-Middle East Assistant

The Amendment Assistant is primarily responsible in ensuring amendment and cancellation requests received from remittance partners are effected according to Section’s standards. Ensure policies and procedures are observed. Ensure documents are properly kept on file and updated.
Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that all amendment and cancellations instructions received thru email and SWIFT messages coming from tie-ups/subsidiary offices/expats are acted upon within the section’s turnaround time (TAT).

Attend to remittance related inquiries received from tie-ups/subsidiary offices.

Check and/or handle auto-cancellation arrangement of tie-ups based on Implementation Advisories issued by Marketing Development Officers (MDO).

Ensure all entries are submitted to concerned unit as applicable. Daily reconciliation of end-of-day report vs tellers log report entries are balance and properly filed. Prepare daily volume report to be submitted to shift officer.

Compliance to bank’s policies, procedures, internal controls and BDO Code of Conduct.
Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 or 5 year business course.

At least 2 years work experience in banking operations. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work in shifting schedule, night shift and gravevard shift.

Willing to work on site and be assigned in Clark, Angeles, Pampanga.
