It’s challenging to work in customer service because we face different types of clients and concerns every day. But what’s best about it is getting to help people protect their hard-earned money. It feels fulfilling when clients appreciate our efforts.

I once assisted a client with a complicated concern. I had to go the extra mile to resolve it. To show his gratitude, he emailed me a commendation, adding that my assistance helped him decide to keep his BDO account. I realized then more than ever the value of what I do for clients and I’m grateful to BDO for the opportunity to do what I do today.
