Test Delivery Manager

Job Description:

• The Test Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end oversight of test strategy, planning and execution across assigned Business Unitor Delivery Portfolio. The Test Delivery Manager governs the work of project and project-level Test managers, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance across all testing engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define High Level Test Strategies (scope, approach & tools) during Service Definition Phase

• Provide Test Estimates (effort, cost, timeline) for inclusion in Project Business Cases and or equivalent project planning documents

• Ensure adherence to testing standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance

• Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

• Over 10 years of experience in Software Testing

• More than 5 years in a Test Automation Manager or equivalent position

• At least 2 years of actual experience and demonstrable skills in Automation Governance Reviews or a related function in previous roles

• Experience in ensuring compliance with governance processes, both personally and for others

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
