Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, effective motivation and guidance to be able to develop the skills and talents of the Team members within the segment and provide a challenging yet healthy working atmosphere within the Team.

  • Conduct program performance reviews, designs the model/guidance as to how performance will be measured, analyzes results of review as to effect on clients and if targets/objectives were met and takes the lead towards program improvements to meet changing demands of the market.

  • Coordinate with third party agencies as may be called for in exploring a marketing concept proposal and or/pursuing an independent market study to validate the merits of a marketing concept proposal prior to full-blown development.

  • Ensures that all key productivity indicators for the segments that they manage are met.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder

  • At least 8 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related field in financial Institutions, consumer products.

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
