Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a team that in charge of developing sales and marketing programs to achieve business targets of BDO and the respective brands (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, CUP and / or Diners Club).

  • Responsible for alignment with BDO Marketing and relevant cross-functional teams for all initiatives to be implemented, to support acquisition, early activation and retention.

  • Conduct a regular review of brand performance vis-a-vis key metrics such as new accounts, CIF, brand share, early activation and attrition. Review shall include MIS, post promotion evaluations, gap analysis, etc.

  • Responsible for developing officers and managers to ensure an effective and productive team that will serve as the bench-strength of the organization.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.

  • At least 8 years experience in sales or brand management preferably of consumer products and services.

  • With experience in managing people.

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
