Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team that in charge of developing sales and marketing programs to achieve business targets of BDO and the respective brands (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, CUP and / or Diners Club).

Responsible for alignment with BDO Marketing and relevant cross-functional teams for all initiatives to be implemented, to support acquisition, early activation and retention.

Conduct a regular review of brand performance vis-a-vis key metrics such as new accounts, CIF, brand share, early activation and attrition. Review shall include MIS, post promotion evaluations, gap analysis, etc.

Responsible for developing officers and managers to ensure an effective and productive team that will serve as the bench-strength of the organization.
Qualifications

Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.

At least 8 years experience in sales or brand management preferably of consumer products and services.

With experience in managing people.

Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
